Hailing from upper slopes in the northern end of the Heathcote valley from vineyards planted on the ancient red Cambrian soils, this Shiraz is elegantly structure. We used several different clones in the blend and picked the grapes at different times during the season to give the wine both a juicy ripeness as well as a refined and defined structure.
